Be diligent in your awareness.
Recognize what IS, and accept it.
Never argue, complain, or fight against it.
Focus your energy on what is within your control.
What is the cause of the effect you are experiencing?
If there is something you can do about it, do it.
If there is something you can change, change it.
If, after deep contemplation and consideration,
you find nothing you can do and nothing you can change, then release it.
Watch your thoughts and you will discover the root of your suffering.
Be quite; be still,
And the face of peace will be revealed.
